Course Approval / Tuition Reimbursement Procedure
- Submit Course Approval Form to the Superintendent for approval. (Receipt of payment for course may also be submitted at this time)
- After completion of course:
- Request official transcript be sent to Heather Stage, PO Box 85, Factoryville, PA 18419 or stageh@ltsd.org
- If desiring tuition reimbursement, complete and submit Tuition Reimbursement Form and receipt of payment for course to Heather Stage.
